The construction quality is good and delivered my flat on time. The amenity provided by them is amazing. They also proactively approached concerned authorities to get water connection to the society with minimal cost burden on the flat owners.
I bought a flat 308 (C) at Hallmark Silvanus in 2018. I am really happy with construction quality and handed over time with fully functional. I have request few internal changes in my flat. They accepted the changes and implemented them correctly. Amenities are really elite standard, felt like i am living in a FIVE star hotel. Blocks planning were really with enough space between.

It is located at Manikonda. Very good amenities, especially landscape is too good. Good walking space, indoor and outdoor play area, club house with roof top swimming pool, Gym what not.
